Itinerary

We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at around 7:30 AM and transfer you to the Ollantaytambo station to catch the 10:32 AM train. We will arrive at the Aguas Calientes station at 12:24 PM, where you will be met with a sign bearing your names to take you to your accommodation. The visit to Machu Picchu will be arranged in advance with the guide. You will have the rest of the day free to visit the town of Aguas Calientes, the hot springs, and the artisan markets.

The next day, you will meet with the guide who will take you to the bus terminal for a 30-minute journey up a zigzagging road to the incredible Machu Picchu. The excursion includes a guided tour of the Citadel, approximately over 1:30 hour. Afterwards, you will have free time to explore the citadel on your own (places to visit as show in your ticket). Upon returning to Aguas Calientes, you will head to the Aguas Calientes Station to catch the 3:37 PM train. You will arrive at the Ollantaytambo Station at 5:02 PM, where you will be met with a sign bearing your names to bring you back to Cusco. IMPORTANT: Please be at the Aguas Calientes station 30 minutes before departure. Your return train is at 3:37 PM. Arrival in Cusco is at 6:40 PM.
